About LSP Behavioral Health Consulting

Behavioral Health Consulting for Stronger Clinical, Operational & Regulatory Systems

Behavioral health consulting that connects clinical quality, operational performance, and regulatory readiness.

LSP works with mental health and substance use disorder organizations to identify gaps across both clinical and operational processes. Its process-focused, detailed, and data-driven approach looks at how documentation, policies, staff practices, quality systems, regulatory requirements, and day-to-day operations work together.

The goal is to help organizations understand what needs attention, establish clear priorities, and strengthen the systems that support quality services.
